RTU is delighted to have supplied to Graham Construction's development of Erskine House. The building is part of the UK-wide estates transformation programme by HMRC and it's considered a case study in modern methods of construction and the art of collaboration. Located on Chichester St, Eskine House will be made up of ground floor retail units and around 100,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation, which will house around 1,600 workers.
Erskine House is ideally situated in the heart of Belfast’s prime retail core on the fringe of the City’s Central Business District. The Development is strategically positioned fronting Arthur Street and Chichester Street adjacent to Victoria Square Shopping Centre which is another project which RTU has worked on. Victoria Square is anchored by House of Fraser and home to over 70 shops and restaurants.
