With the end of the Open 2018, everyone in Northern Ireland is looking forward to next July when after nearly 70 years the Open will make a return to Northern Ireland.
Golf enthusiasts will be making their way to Royal Portrush for this prestigious sporting event, and RTU is delighted to have had the opportunity to be involved in the preparation by supplying Exposa Decorative Concrete for this historic course.
Royal Portrush has been extensively refurbished, with our client McKee Ltd using approximately 1000 square metres of Exposa Golden Barley 01 on paths coming off the 18th green, around the halfway house and at numerous other locations throughout the course.
These newly laid paths of Exposa will provide sure footing for all those world championship players in the Open 2019!
